Returns & Refunds

Please email seraphiqueshop@gmail.com with your order number and return request to ensure your purchase is eligible for a return. Once approved, we’ll provide you with the return address. Kindly let us know which carrier you choose and the return tracking number once it is available.

purrflow offers a 30-day limited warranty covering manufacturer defects, allowing you to request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your item.

*Please Note: To qualify for a full return the item cannot be damaged in any way. The item cannot be opened or used in any capacity. The item must be in the exact same condition as received and be fully eligible to be resold.
